🚣‍♀️ What a weekend in Boston! We couldn’t be prouder of our Women’s Youth Coxed Four—Ruth, Liv, Vick, Maya, and coxswain Petra—for an incredible race at the Head of the Charles Regatta! 🎉

Their grit, focus, and teamwork was on display at one of the sport’s biggest stages. The crew finished 13th overall, marking the highest finish ever by a Row New York Youth boat and our first return to the Charles in a youth event since 2016. Their placement even secured our spot for next year’s regatta! 🙌

To everyone who cheered from the banks, tuned in from home, or trained alongside them—thank you. Your support, spirit, and belief in our athletes make all the difference.

We’re so proud of the dedication and heart our rowers have shown this season, and we can’t wait to take that momentum into our final fall race at the Head of the Schuylkill in Philadelphia this weekend! 🏆

📢 Update from the Harlem River The Peter J. Sh 📢 Update from the Harlem River

The Peter J. Sharp Boathouse has been part of our landscape for years, but time and tide have taken their toll. After significant damage, the structure is slated for removal at the end of this month.

While it’s bittersweet to say goodbye, this moment also marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Row New York and the Harlem River community. We’re actively working toward a sustainable new boathouse and dock that will serve our athletes and community for generations to come.

We’re grateful to everyone who helped bring PJS to life and to all who share our vision of a vibrant rowing community on the Harlem River.
