We’re excited to introduce you to the newest members of our staff!

Charley Sullivan

Vice President of Rowing

Charley Sullivan, our new Vice President of Rowing, has spent the last 30 years coaching mostly in small college towns, building some of the fastest programs in the country. Now, he’ll be working with our coaching staff to bring a new, and more coordinated approach to coaching all of Row New York to become faster and more competitive. We will always keep each athlete’s development front and center as we do so.

Charley grew up internationally in Southeast Asia and West Africa. Not surprisingly, he speaks a number of languages including fluent French and Indonesian. He’s working on his Spanish. He loves to cook and is a trained historian. His German Shepherd named Jing (who is very friendly!) will be hanging out at the boathouses.

Jo Victorio

She is the Head Coach of NYU’s rowing team.
