The beginning of a new year is the perfect time to reflect on your successes and areas for improvement. Our student-athletes know the importance of setting goals. Whether it’s pushing your erg score to the next level, or making sure you attain an “A” on that next big test or interview, goals keep us on track to becoming our best selves. Some of us have big goals, but by breaking them down into small steps, you can take them anywhere you want!

Manhattan
In Manhattan, the whole team (middle and high school) made a New Year’s resolution chain. Each piece of paper linked individual goals together. By the time it was completed, the chain became an awesome metaphor for the team’s support of one another.
