It’s that time of year again—back to the water for the Row New York crews! Our competitive team hit the water, and the middle school rowers will not be far behind. Registration is now open for Middle School Level 2. If you are in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade AND you have COMPLETED ONE OR MORE Learn-to-Row class, please sign up for the fall season. Level 2 sessions will be held Mondays and Wednesdays 4-6pm from September 20th to October 28th. Middle-school rowers in this phase will review what they’ve learned previously and be introduced to a racing shell. We’ll be taking our strokes to the next level!
For middle-schoolers who have not rowed before, we will be holding tryouts for the Learn-to-Row classes on Thursday September 23rd, 3-6pm at the YMCA in Flushing. If you have further questions, please contact Jennie Trayes at jennie@rownewyork.org or 718-433-3075.
