Matthew O’Grady joined AIR Communities in 2021 as Senior Vice President, Capital Markets. Prior to joining the company, Matthew was a member of the Real Estate & Lodging Group at Lazard since 2013 where he worked on a variety of engagements including strategic advisory, M&A, capital raising, and restructuring assignments for clients across the full range of property sectors. Prior to graduate school, Matthew held the role of Associate at Capital Dynamics where he provided investment consulting services for pension funds and insurance companies and invested on behalf of discretionary funds into private equity funds, co-investment, and secondary opportunities. Matthew holds a JD and MBA from Northwestern University and an AB from Harvard University, where he rowed on the heavyweight crew team and is admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
