Looking for a fun and effective way to build trust and enhance team decision-making among your employees? Dive into our Corporate Team Building program and experience the power of rowing together on the water!

Rowing is often considered the ultimate team sport, where success hinges on perfect harmony among the crew. Each rower must perform at their best while staying in sync with their teammates. It requires unity in goal setting, motivation, and execution—the same principles that drive any business to success.

How does this work?

The Row New York Corporate Team Building program offers a one-day, on-the-water experience at our Queens boathouse, perfect for up to 20 employees. Throughout the day, your team will learn to row together in real boats and participate in exciting team challenges designed to build trust and enhance collaborative decision-making.

Your experience will be guided by one of our seasoned coaches, ensuring a fun and productive day for all.

Want something more extensive?

If your company is looking for a more comprehensive multi-day employee development experience, Row New York partners with Contemporary Leadership Advisors, a leading executive development firm, to augment the on-the-water experience with award-winning management and leadership development programs.

Rowing looks fun, but can I do this?

Absolutely! Most participants are new to rowing. We start with indoor training before hitting the water. Rowing offers an excellent full-body workout, and no swimming experience is needed.

Logistics

Your team starts the day with bagels and coffee before diving into the basics of rowing. After some hands-on practice and drills in different boats, they’ll collaborate to make strategic decisions that impact their boat’s performance. Following a lunch break to refuel, they’ll put their new skills to the test in thrilling race heats, competing against each other in an exciting finale.
