The Associate Board and Circle is an integral part of Row New York, strengthening our programs through mentoring, events, fundraising, and other initiatives. Associate Board and Circle members are dedicated young professionals who broaden their professional and social circles while impacting the lives of Row New Yorkers.

Requirements
Members can join the Associate Circle, Associate Board, or Executive Committee depending on the time and financial commitment they can make. The required commitments are outlined below. All members must serve six months on the Associate Circle before joining the Board or serving on a committee.
“Give/Get” refers to the total amount donated to Row New York by you or your network, including friends, coworkers, company matches, etc. The give/get also includes in-kind donations and tickets to Row New York events. The give/get is waived for Row New York alumni.
Associate Circle Requirements
The Associate Circle is a great choice for those who want to get involved with Row New York with a limited time and financial commitment.
Give/Get
- $500
Attendance and Participation
- Attend all quarterly meetings, virtually or in person
- Attend special events
- Visit Row New York programming once a year, virtually or in person
- Follow through on specific initiatives and requests from Staff and committees as needed
Time Commitment
- As desired
Associate Board Requirements
The Associate Board is an excellent choice for those who want to support Row New York with a larger time and financial commitment.
Give/Get
- $750
Attendance and participation
- Attend 75%+ of monthly meetings, virtually or in person
- Attend special events
- Visit Row New York programming once a year, virtually or in person
- Required participation in the planning of events and initiatives by assisting staff and Executive Committee members
- Serve six months on the Associate Circle before joining the Associate Board
Time Commitment
- Five to eight hours a month
Executive Committee Requirements
The Executive Committee is open to those who want to maximize their impact and are ready to make a major time and financial commitment. Executive Committee members are the elected leaders of each committee.
Give/Get
- $1,500
Attendance and participation
- Attend 75%+ of monthly meetings, virtually or in person
- Attend special events
- Visit Row New York programming once a year, virtually or in person
- Required participation in the planning of events and initiatives by assisting staff
- Required participation in the planning of events and initiatives by leading Associate Board and Circle members
Time Commitment
- Ten or more hours a month
