Adaptive Assistant Coach
The Adaptive Assistant Coach’s primary focus will be to coach participants in Row New York’s School Day Adaptive (SDA) program, and other adaptive and community programs as needed. The Assistant Coach will work at the Queens boathouse in Flushing Meadows Corona Park. An excellent candidate has experience or interest in working with young people with disabilities, enjoys being outdoors and on water, and is committed to introducing the sport of rowing to a broader community.
Interim College Access Consultant
The Interim College Access Consultant will support the successful delivery of Row New York’s college access programming for current Row New York seniors from September – December 2026. Working with the part-time Alumni & College Success Specialist, the Consultant will manage a caseload of 31 high school seniors through the college and financial aid application process.
Manhattan Assistant Coach
The Manhattan Assistant Coach helps run the activities of high school student-athletes at Row New York’s Manhattan program site under the supervision and guidance of the Senior Head Coach. The Assistant Coach supports the coaching of a team of student-athletes in both on and off-water program activities after school and on Saturday mornings during the school year.
