Are you a company looking for a fun and instructive way for your employees to develop trust and team decision-making skills? Get out on the water and try rowing with our Corporate Team Building program!

 Why rowing?

Rowing is often called the ultimate team sport. Success on the water depends on harmony in the boat, with each rower performing at their best while being in sync with their crew. Rowing demands absolute unity in goal setting, motivation, and execution, the same mindset required to successfully move any business forward.

How does this work?

The Row New York Corporate Team Building Program is a one-day outing on the water in New York City for up to 20 employees at your company. During this day your people will learn to row together in an actual boat on the water, and engage in fun team competitions designed to build trust with each other and sharpen collaborative decision-making.

Your team building experience will be facilitated by one of our many experienced coaches.

Want something more extensive?

If your company is looking for a more comprehensive multi-day employee development experience, Row New York partners with Contemporary Leadership Advisors, a leading executive development firm, to augment the on-the-water experience with award-winning management and leadership development programs.

Rowing looks fun, but can I do this?

Yes, you can. Most participants have no rowing experience. We provide indoor training before heading out to the water. Rowing is a great full-body workout. No swimming experience is required.

Logistics

Your employees meet in the morning for bagels and coffee. After learning the basics your employees will practice and drill with each other in different boats while having to make strategic decisions that will determine the success of their boat. After fueling up over lunch, employees will put their newly developed rowing skills to the test in exciting racing heats against one another.
