This week Row New York is happy to welcome Darise JeanBaptise, the latest addition to our outstanding team! Darise is our Academic Assistant for College Prep. In this capacity, she will guide our seniors through the college application process and help our recent graduates successfully navigate the transition to college life.
Darise’s varied background is an asset for Row New York. A Bronx native, she earned a Master of Arts degree in English literature from Brooklyn College in 2011 and a B.S. in business management from Stony Brook University in 2004. Darise brings with her three years of professional experience as a grant writer and training specialist at BELL (Building Educated Leaders for Life). She recently received an appointment as an adjunct lecturer in English composition at Brooklyn College.
Darise’s passion for education, writing, and empowering youth will strengthen Row New York’s academic program. Welcome Darise!
